Web Design
All web design projects will be conducted under a signed contract. We request 50% of the fees upfront within 72 hours of signing a contract (non-refundable). We require the other 50% of payment no later than 2 business weeks after the job is complete and the contract is finalized. Work on the project will not start until the non-refundable fee is paid.
Commercial websites start at $10,000 which includes up to 7 pages, 10 website applications, and 160 business hours of labor. For every additional 40 business hours or every additional page, we will charge a $2,500 fee. For every additional website app, there will be a fee of $1,000.
Small Business websites start at $1,000 which includes up to 5 pages, 5 website applications, and 80 business hours of labor. For every additional business day or every additional page, we will charge a $200 fee. For every additional website app, there will be a fee of $100.
Personal websites start at $600 which includes up to 3 pages, 3 non-business related website applications, and 40 business hours of labor. For every additional business day or every additional page, we will charge a $50 fee. For every additional website app, there will be a fee of $25.
All of the sites we build are hosted by Wix, for which the customer will pay the monthly hosting fee. There are no exceptions. They have hosting plans ranging from personal to small businesses to Fortune 500 companies. If you wish to have your site hosted by another provider we will no longer support it once we have honored the terms of the contract and finished the design project. Hosting prices will be provided upon request. The customer will also pay for their domain name (web address) which can vary in price depending on the name and the amount of time you wish to own the domain name.
We also offer a monthly plan for maintenance, requested changes, and upkeep. Commercial - $3,000 monthly fee per site / Small Business - $200 monthly fee per site / Personal - $50 monthly fee per site.
Quality Assurance Testing
All QA projects will be conducted under a signed contract. We request 50% of the fees upfront within 72 hours of signing a contract (non-refundable). We require the other 50% of payment no later than 2 business weeks after the job is complete and the contract is finalized. Work on the project will not start until the non-refundable fee is paid.
QA testing starts at $150 an hour for Commercial websites or software / $50 an hour for Small Business websites or software / $20 an hour for Personal websites. All time after the 2nd hour of service is prorated. We do not currently offer Automated Testing, but we will at some point in the future.
Virus Removal
Virus removal services are billed at $75 for the first hour and $50 for each additional hour for Small Businesses per device / $45 for the first hour and $20 for each additional hour for Residential Customers per device. All time after the 2nd hour of service is prorated. This covers the complete removal of any detected viruses, malware, and spyware using Malwarebytes software which is incredibly fast and very efficient. You can continue to use this for free to try it out for 14 days and if you choose to purchase afterward, it is $39.99 for 1 year for 1 device. This is a fraction of the cost of other antivirus software which can not only take hours to scan your computer, but also take over your and cause major lag in the Operating System. We do not currently offer Commercial Support for this service.
PC Tune-up and Clean-up
This service is billed at $50 for the first hour and $35 for each additional hour for Small Businesses per device / $35 for the first hour and $20 for each additional hour for Residential Customers per device. All time after the 2nd hour of service is prorated. This covers registry and browser clean-up using Ccleaner software which is extremely fast and allows you to back up registry settings before cleaning. It is also free for the first 30 days and if you choose to purchase the pro version afterward it's $19.95 per computer or $29.95 for 3 PCs. We do not currently offer Commercial Support for this service.
Combination Virus Removal & PC Tune-up
This combo is billed at $125 for the first hour and $75 for each additional hour for Small Businesses per device / $65 for the first hour and $30 for each additional hour for Residential Customers per device. All time after the 2nd hour of service is prorated. We do not currently offer Commercial Support for this service.
Network Support
This service is available for $125 per hour for Small Businesses, including 1 server and 10 client workstations / $50 per hour for Residential Customers, including setting up your ISP modem with 1 router and 5 devices. All time after the 2nd hour of service is prorated. For each additional device, there will be a fee of $50 for small businesses and $25 for residential customers. We do not currently offer Commercial Support for this service.
Hardware Diagnosis
We charge $75 for the first hour and $50 for each additional hour for Small Businesses per device / $35 for the first hour and $20 for each additional hour for Residential Customers per device concerning problems that we can solve remotely. All time after the 2nd hour of service is prorated. Internet access to the device is required to remote in and look at the issue. If it's a mechanical issue we will get you in touch with the product manufacturer or nearest PC repair store and you will only be charged a reduced fee of $25 for the inspection. We do not currently offer Commercial Support for this service.
Printer Setup and Support
We charge $75 for the first hour and $50 for each additional hour for Small Businesses per printer / $35 for the first hour and $20 for each additional hour for Residential Customers per printer. All time after the 2nd hour of service is prorated. This includes driver and software installation and adding the printer to your wireless network if you choose this option rather than a USB connection. We do not currently offer Commercial Support for this service.
General OS Support
We charge $50 for the first hour and $35 for each additional hour for Small Businesses / $25 for the first hour and $15 for each additional hour for Residential Customers for miscellaneous Windows or Mac Operating Systems, Email, and Software questions or software installation. We do not currently offer Commercial Support for this service.
